Tenant Service Requests: Our highly skilled Service Managers ensure that tenants’ service requests are dealt with in a timely manner. Typically all of our tenants’ service requests are resolved within 24 hours, unless there are extenuating circumstances. We understand that quality service increases tenant retention and we strive to provide our tenants with professional, friendly, expedient service.

Emergency Service: Our Service Managers are on call 24 hours a day to respond to any emergency maintenance issues. When our tenants call the emergency service number, they are connected personally to either the Service Manager or the Property Manager who will be responding to their call. This is just one more way in which we deliver exceptional customer service.
