Property Maintenance  

A good maintenance program protects the value of your property.   Without it, minor issues, such as a small roof leak, can quickly become major catastrophes and result in unnecessary financial losses. At THE CABOT GROUP, we are compulsive about property maintenance. 

Preventative Maintenance:  Utilizing a system of maintenance related check points inspected at regularly scheduled intervals, we will constantly review and respond to the overall condition of your property.  This will allow us to address small repairs before they become large repairs.  From changing the batteries in smoke detectors, to semi-annual boiler and furnace inspections, to annual roof inspections, our staff is ever mindful that a good preventative maintenance program will save you unnecessary expenses.

Apartment Make-Readies:  We take pride in our work and the appearance of every new apartment home.  Your maintenance staff will utilize a checklist for every apartment. Nothing will escape our attention.  Every apartment will be inspected thoroughly by both the Facilities Manager and the Community Manager prior to being shown to prospective residents. 

Fire & Flood Remediation:  We hope it never happens, but should your property be struck by fire, flood, or other calamity, we will repair and restore your investment to pre-loss condition or better.  Through an established network of public officials, contractors and insurance agents, our staff will work quickly to minimize your financial loss and residents’ inconvenience.   When disaster strikes, you can rely upon us.
